I'm a bit unclear on how the Unified Messaging (Licensing) works, and how it relates to email notification of voicemails. Some background-
I have Interaction Center Version 3.0.14.
I have the following licenses:
600 Business Client
900 Voicemail Only
14 Unified Messaging add-on
Is a Unified Messaging License required to have email notification of new voicemails?
If so, are Unified Messaging Licenses used on a per user basis (permanently assigned) or a per instance basis (temporarily assigned)?
If not, how can I set up email notification without using Unified Messaging Licenses?
Does the Business Client License include Unified Messaging?
What functionality does the Unified Messaging License actually add?
