    I have added the custom column Eic_EmailBody but in Business Manager and in the Client the body doesn't show up unless the email is in a Reply or Forward mode. Does anyone know how to get the body to Preview for the Read Only when they are waiting in Queue? Our Supervisors will really love this feature if they can preview everything in the queue and not just those in a Reply or Forward mode. Thanks! Sarah Solberg Digi-Key Corp

    I don't think the Eic_EmailBody is a string attribute. If you run the email through a quick handler and write the Email body to a different attribute, it should work for you.

    You can add it in Administrator > Queue Columns.

    As Andrew said, add a custom Queue Column in Interaction Administrator per the Help:
