  • 1.  Client Optimizer Plug-in Not displaying schedule

    Hello Everyone, We are having an issue where our Agents are not able to view their Optimizer schedule through the client plug-in (it justs shows a "blank"). This has happened a few times to Agents. I have been able to restore the view by removing their "ThinClientSettings_XXX" configuration file, but this does not always work. Has anyone else come across this or have another workaround? Thanks,

    We had this issue and determined that the issue was covered in SCR IC-109537. IC-109537 - multiple IO_Agent entries are occurring when modifying agent groups in IA and ICBM. This issue will be fixed in SU4. It appears the issue can happen in the following scenario: 1) create shift in IA. Remove users from shift. 2) create shift/agent group in ICBM w/o restarting IA After deleting the duplicate entires in the database, we had our scheduling team make sure that only one person is editing schedules at a time in both IA and ICBM. This seems to have worked. The SCR also notes that this is fixed in IC 4.0 SU 4.
