Has anyone used Twilio for brokering their SMS messages and if so, would you be willing to go thru some of the setup items to ensure we have our account correct to send and receive development SMS messages? In particular, the URL pieces I think are a little fuzzy to us. Without Web Services URL's local to us, I imagine the Twilio URL's are used to send and receive. However, we haven't been successful just yet so obviously we have something administered incorrectly.
