  • 1.  Interaction Attendant - Need to drop Queue call after 2 mins if no agents are available

    Hello

    Please find a simple menu in IA below,  As of now, call is in a indefinite loop on Call wait message 1 and call wait message 2.
    Requirement is if agent not busy handling customers even after 2 mins, call should be dropped with a message like "All our Agents are busy, Please call later". 

    kindly advise, is it possible to achieve this requirement in Interaction Attendant.

    Have you looked at queue timeout under the advanced options of your workgroup queue node?  You can set a timeout of 120 seconds and then specify where to send the call on timeout ( like a disconnect node).
