Hello
Please find a simple menu in IA below, As of now, call is in a indefinite loop on Call wait message 1 and call wait message 2.
Requirement is if agent not busy handling customers even after 2 mins, call should be dropped with a message like "All our Agents are busy, Please call later".
kindly advise, is it possible to achieve this requirement in Interaction Attendant.
