Hello! I am looking for a way to create a dashboard in ICBM for Outbound calls. All the options I see are focused on inbound ACD calls. We need to be able to track our sales reps outbound calls (non-ACD) in a real time setting without needing to pull reports constantly. My higher ups are asking about a dashboard that could be set up like the workgroup overview, except for Users and instead on inbound call tracking, we would track the outbound calls, not called out on behalf of a workgroup.
Does this exist?
