  • 1.  Delay in Polycom Phones while dialing

    Hi All,

    We are facing a strange issue, in the sense if you do not use your phone for like 30 mins and then tries to call the phone will stay for like 6 seconds and then initiate the call, Plus I keep receiving the following warning in the event viewer, so does this warning belong to the same issue ? if yes how do we fix it?

    This looks like you have an issue with the phones re-registering. Are you using Managed IP Phones?

    I'm sure we can figure it out, however this is the kind of thing that really justifies a call in to support ;-)
