  • 1.  Queue Column for Priority

    Is there a system attribute I can add to Queue Columns to add to a view in ICBM/Supervisor? I've tried Eic_AttDynamicWorkgroupPriority but it only returns 0's.

    Hi Kevin,

    We have used the "Custom_AcdPriority" to set priority on our calls. You can try to check if this attribute helps.

    Thanks Vineet, unfortunately Custom_AcdPriority only returned 0's as well.

    One way to always ensure that you are get the current priority for an ACD interaction is use the Acd Interaction Details tool in the CustomAcdAvailableInteraction subroutine and set a custom attribute using the Acd Interaction Priority value.  You can then create a queue column based on this attribute.
