  • 1.  schedule call back based on their time

    Hello Genesys Engineers,

    Please help me to as i want to make the agent schedule a call back during the campaign dialing but it gives me the following error



    i made all the configuration regarding this topic according to Genesys topic but when i press the button "their time" this error is appeared to me

    Have you populated the "zone" field of your contact list and / or configured Time Zone Mapping for the campaign? If so, are the entries standard Time Zone names?
