  • 1.  Downgrade Interaction Connect

    Good day Community, 

    I'm trying to downgrade my laboratory from Interaction connect 2018R5 to 2018R3. There is a "right way" to accomplish this? I mean, I have already unistall 2018R5 patches but I'm not sure about uninstall 2018R5 base. 

    Have someone ever try this? How did you got it?

    For Interaction Connect you just need to replace the webcontent, which is delivered by your Webserver (IIS, Apache etc.). There is no "Setup" or "Installation" (at least this is true for 2018 R2, I don't know about 2018 R5).
