    Good News, Everyone!

    I encourage you to check out the latest feature releases from Genesys Knowledge Network (GKN)! Updates on universal topics and services (like GKN, resource center, etc.) are always posted in the Genesys Casual Community! So consider joining the community. In addition to updates, it's also a great forum to learn about job postings and have general discussions with fellow Genesys users across product lines.

    For PureConnect users, the GKN now offers unified search! Making it easy to search for content across multiple sites (including the community) for the information you need.
