I haven't run into this, but the first thing I would do to investigate is pull down the actual Response file from the server and look at the given response for special characters and formatting that you didn't intend.
The files are in the server directory in the I3RxDocs sub directory. I recommend using notepad for this since it doesn't support a lot of special characters like Microsoft Word does, and those can cause issues to.

Morning all
Has anyone come across double spacing in emails received by customers when an agent has used a response management template?
The config of the responses looks fine on Interaction Desktop but when a customer receives the sent email it has double spacing between every line.
Any ideas how to resolve this issue?
