The solution as given by Troy is to upgrade your server to a version where the tool is fixed...are you looking for a workaround without having to upgrade to a working version of Interaction Center?

It seems like there is an issue with JSON parser tool step in the handlers when parsing a double data type value. For example, 1234567890 is being parsed as 1.23456e+09. I was able to fix this only by converting it to string by adding double quotes. Is there any other solution for this rather than adding double quotes.

JSONParser() :
Id : 1.23456e+09
