Genesys support should be able to look at the ICBM logs/event viewer/crash dumps and help point you in the right direction. A few things to think about, though:
- Has this always crashed running this report, or did it just start happening after working previously?
- If it did work previously, what changed? Anti-Virus, upgrade, PC updates, etc?
- Does the report crash for all ICBM users or a portion of ICBM users (are you able to run the report yourself?)
- If you are able to reproduce the crash yourself, it will be easier to work with support.
I've also had issues where ICBM crashed due to network latency, but that was around the 2015 releases and haven't really had that issue pop up again since.

Has anyone experienced issues with ICBM crashing when certain canned reports are generated? This is a consistent issue when our supervisors attempt to run Line Reports. They receive an error stating "ICBM has stopped workings. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."
