Yes there is a full trust between the domains both ways.
I struggled with the same, finding the documentation :)

Do you have trusts set up between the 2 domains? A long time ago I implemented CIC in a CaaS environment and the Genesys team had some domain trusts set up but there was a way to get CIC to see the users in the other domain. I tried to find a document in help.inin.com but can't seem to find it.

Hello all,
I ran into an issue I have not had before.
We have two domains fleet.dns and arrow.local my system user is member of the fleet.dns domain and has domain user rights in the arrow.local domain
I try to get users setup into the PureConnect platform and link their NT Domain Account from the arrow.local domain.
Yet I do not get a single user to show from that domain.
I tried to find what log would shows me the attempt made from IA to pull the information to see if there is an Domain access error thrown or not bit the Interactive Administrator log does not seem to show this?
any suggestions welcome.
we are on 2017 R3 P16.
