Hi Team, i am observing issues in interaction connect after i login for sometime the the screen freezes and i see the status changes into red background and i am not able to log out or do anything. even if i open another session it says unable to connect to IC server while the network connectivity is fine. the users have to logout and restart the PC in order to login back.
i am sure there would be some solution to it. during the issue when i try to check the console by pressing f12 i find that it is not able to access certain file from web application server.
any ideas how to get this resolved?
