customizing interaction reporter

  • 1.  customizing interaction reporter

    i need to make changes in the standard legacy reports in interaction reporter. the reports do not give a grand total and also the logo needs to be changed as per the customer logo. has anyone done this before?

    Any help would be appreciated.
