LDAP directory in PureConnect for Salesforce

  • 1.  LDAP directory in PureConnect for Salesforce

    I have a customer who is using the PureConnect for Salesforce Client and wants to use their companies GAL so they can dial internally. Most of the company is on a Cisco PBX and does not show up in the Company Directory. It does not look like the PC4SF client has a way to add directories or views. Do we know if this is in the works and can anyone think of a decent workaround?
