Hello,
Is there any way possible to allow the follow scenario:
- We have multiple campaigns for a customer.
- We are not using blending/multi loggedon on all campaigns by all agents to focus the sales to a specific campaign.
- We have sometimes scheduled calls waiting in a campaign with lower focus but we want them to be handled even when the agent is not logged on to that campaign but he is member on that workgroup and active in another campaign.
Is that possible with rules to detect this and auto log on the agent for that call only ?
