  • 1.  Polycom Trio 8800 phone Configuration

    Anyone know how to configure Polycom Trio 8800 phone in the Genesys Platform? We are attempting to acquire this conference phone and we do not know anything about this phone. There is no documentation in how to configure this phone with the system. We are interested in this phone because it has Skype capabilities. I can hook up the phone to the network and use Skype on there with our stations fine. But, how can we register/manage this phone with the CIC System? I have gone to the Testlab.inin.com website and saw this phone listed on the recommended category but no other documentation exist to configure. Thanks

    It's depending on your version of PureConnect.
    its supported from 2017 R3 P55 anything lower than that won't let you configure the phone correctly nor enable the software to load. I'm unsure about using the phone with a mixed environment (Skype / PureConnect / etc.)
