Hello,

In a menu in attendant, if you check "Listen for Extension Dialing" you can dial an extension when menu is played.

If you dial an invalid extension, you can hear : "Sorry, this is not a valid extension".

Our customer has recorded all its prompt and would like to change that one too, but I can't find it anywhere.  It looks like it is hardcoded in an handler.

Can I change this prompt, if so how ?

Are you familiar with Prompt Libraries? These are covered in the Handler Training class.

In the case of "Sorry, that is not a valid extension", you need PROMPT_ATTENDANT
