    Hi,

I am currently trying configure CIC system to new SIP provider at one of our client locations. The sip provider is asking for domain value to be sent in SIP REGISTER HEADER for example currently CIC is sending SIP REGISTER in following format

    REGISTER sip:10.100.100.100:5060 SIP/2.0

But the provider is asking the header to be sent in following format

    REGISTER sip:sipprovider.fqdn.com SIP/2.0

When I set the FQDN in SIP Registrar address, the CIC is resolving the Domain and sending the server ip in SIP REGISTER HEADER.

Please sugggest as to how to fix this issue.

    Hi, Sandeep,

Can you confirm what the setting are that you have on the line? The domain is set there, so if it contains the IP address, you have your issue....
