We just had the system upgraded to 2017R4 P9. The users noticed that when the voicemails are displayed on the Interactive Desktop in Workgroup view the original callers name and phone number columns are blank.
I understand that when the voicemail is converted into email attachment it's becoming a separate interaction and the phone number of the caller is displayed in Details and Subject column, but are the Name and Number columns supposed to be empty in this case, or there is some configuration missing? The Name just contains the word "From:" and that's all.
