  • 1.  Managed IP Phone vs License count

    Good afternoon,

    Is there a way to know when a Managed IP Phone did it's last registering?  We struggle with basic license and my Service Desk team not always delete Managed IP Phone when they change a computer and I'm trying to find a way to see obsolete item in Managed IP phone list.

    Any thoughts?

    We have similar problems.  For contact center phones, we use the EnhancedIAChangeLog to find which stations are licensed and compare that to stations that have been used in the last 30 days (InteractionSummary.LastStationId).  Then we expire those licenses (i.e. manually remove).  It's not perfect, but it's better than the, "WHY ARE WE OUT OF BASIC STATION LICENSES" fire drill.
