I have not seen that error before and probably will want to open a support ticket.
If i was troubleshooting this, there would be a few things i would look while i am waiting for support to get back to me. I would look at the Transaction Logs to see if there is any errors on their, might give you a better idea of what is going on.
I would also check the report Log configuration in IA, specifically Agent Queue Statistics Interval settings since that is the report log it is happening on. Do you have this configured for automatic deletion? if so does the error go away if you turn off automatic purge? is there custom Mapping on this log? if not do you have use default mapping checked?
