Hi,
I am trying to congure an agentless campaing and i am having this issue. If i set the max retries parameter to more than 1 (lets say 3 times) each contact in my contact list is called 3 times!!!... Even when the contact was contacted succesfully.
I check in the database and in the contact list this attempts are not marked as success.
Am I missing something in the configuration in order for the system to perform this kind of analysys??... As far as i understand the call analysys (which i have turned on) detects a live person and if the message (audio file or Interaction Attendant profile) is executed it should mark this contact for the system not to call it again.
Any help on this?
