There is a scheduled reports application that runs on a standalone server and takes ICBM filters as input to generate reports on a set schedule that can be delivered via email (or a few other delivery options). You should discuss this with your account manager to see if this product is appropriate for your needs.
As far as just using ICBM, there isn't currently a way to schedule reports in ICBM.
