  • 1.  Can not log in campaign

    Dears,

    although I am making more than two campaign and this user is a member of the workgroup that configured on the campaigns on in IC Administrator I cannot log in to any of them.

    Can anyone help?

    It looks like your campaigns not started. Did you check them ?

    the issue has been solved it was a license issue!
