You can add a new Queue Column with a custom attribute. Queue Columns are setup in Administrator under the People Container. Provide a column name, Interaction Attribute, and type. Although there is a drop down for the Interaction Attribute to let you select out of box attributes, you can type in your own attribute name there. You'll also need to update security permissions to make sure access to the new column is allowed.

I need to display the values of a custom attribute on Queue Columns but the attributes that are displayed on the configuration of Queue Column are only Eic-* attributes.
Is there a way to list custom attributes that we set within attendant or handlers in Queue Column setup.
