IMAP NOT SENDING AN EXPUNGE COMMAND

    ​We are not using Pure Connect as our Voicemail storage point and are using a product by NetWin called Surgemail. It's using an IMAP connection and we have found that when users are deleting Voicemails they are not really being deleted on the Surgemail application but moved to a trash folder and to remove the deleted  Pure Connect need to send an "expunge" command when the user logs off their Voicemail and ends their session. The logs show the expunge available but not being sent as the handler has it set to false. Does anyone know what handler this can be changed in or how we can get Pure Connect to send an "expunge" command to the IMAP connect Surgemail app.
