    PureConnect on CAAS, version 2018R1

    How is the PureConnect community executing overtime bidding in your shops? 

    I understand there is a flashy new model in PureEngage but that doesn't help me much. There appears to be no facility for overtime bidding in PureConnect so I'm looking for any workarounds that others have used successfully.
