  • 1.  How to open inbound script in Interaction Connect

    Hi,

    I am currently working on implementation of Custom Inbound Script for Interaction Connect. Even after reading the Interaction Scripter Developer's Guide I am kind of lost as to how to open Custom Inbound Script in Interaction Connect. Please help me in resolving this issue.

    Sandeep,

    Can you confirm that your custom script is configured to listen for the IS_Event_QueueObjectAdded event? This should allow your script to respond to calls being added to the user's queue (including inbound calls), then perform whatever processing you need to occur.
