You can add a Server Parameter called
Chat Default Priority which will allow you to set the priority globally for all chats. If priority needs to be different based on specific criteria, then you would need to look into handler customization.

I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to set prioritization level for ACD chat. I went through the technical docs and didn't see anything. Current issue is calls are set at a higher priority level, and I want to make chat higher.
