Images in emails disappearing

  • 1.  Images in emails disappearing

    Hi - has anyone experienced this issue?

    1). Agents click reply to an email in desktop.
    2). Email contains text and embedded image(s)
    3). After a few seconds from clicking reply, the whole content of the email disappears and the agent is unable to type in the reply email

    Any ideas why this is happening?
