  • 1.  Comparing InteractionSummary vs StatsProfile

    Hello,

    We have an ETL process that will extract the data from interactionSummary (detail level granularity) and would like to compare this with StatsProfile (15 min or 30 min interval) but this we are always missing something on several days.

    Is there a logica or procedure that will explain how the Statsprofile is aggregated so it is in sync with interactionSummary ?

    For those interrested we found a solution using Disposition codes from the interactionSummary.
