  • 1.  Watching a Queue for Interactions

    We are now on Interaction Connect Web Client. We used to be on the .Net client. Previously we had an add-in that watched a queue for an interaction and did a data lookup that generated a toast with data for the agent to see. I need to now provide that functionality for the web client and I don't know where to start. I can program equally well in JavaScript and C#. Can you point me in the right direction to get started.
