It has been verified by our VAR that it doesn't matter if its at renewal or in the middle of your current Maintenance Agreement, if you remove license you will get a 20% Downsize Fee. So beware if you are looking to remove license.

I have been told that if i wanted to remove some licenses from my system there is now a Downsize fee of 20% of the new Maintenance price. Has anybody ran into this?
Is this something new with Genesys or only something that is being looked at?
