  • 1.  Blank outbound e-mails

    Hi!

    Some of our agents have a problem with outbound emails. Customers receive a blank e-mails. This is an occasional problem.
    We use Interaction Desktop for PureConnect CIC 2018 R2.
    Has anyone had such a problem? What information do you need to help solve?
