wrong abandoned rate in interaction supervisor ipad edition

    Hi team, i am getting wrong abandoned rate in the interaction supervisor for ipad. has anyone faced such issue or have idea to get it resolved?

    for example if 10 calls are abandoned out of 100 received the rate shows 0 or 0.6. ideally it should be 10%.
