I'm seeing that Genesys has posted on their testlab site that horizon 7 doesn't support the Genesys: Pure Connect SIP softphone. I've tested it myself and it simply doesn't provision. Does anyone know why SIP Soft Phone isn't supported? I see that Citrix is supported as long as you have 2018 R1 or later. What changed to support Citrix and what needs to change for Horizon 7 to be supported?
