By chance are you using a high resolution display with scaling? In the past, I've had issues with Interaction Desktop not displaying correctly on a 4k display with scaling set to 300%. You can make adjustments via the Compatibility tab to override DPI scaling to see if that helps?

We've recently upgraded from 2015R4 to 2017R3 (Patch 17) and have come across a rather weird issue where the Interaction Desktop logon screen is massive on some machines. We can then manually run a fontfix.msi package on the affected machine (or deploy it via SCCM) which fixes the issue, and reverts it back to normal size.
I was wondering if anyone had seen this issue before, and if so knew what caused it? I've not logged it as an incident yet as I suspect it's something to do with the operating system/software installed on the PCs, so wanted to see if anyone else had seen a similar issue.
