We are now thrilled to announce the launch of the PureCloud Product Ideas Lab! This Ideas Lab will provide you with an experience that focuses on crowdsourcing product ideas, collaborative dialogue and building community. Our goal is to truly incorporate the voice-of-our-customers into the conversation and process that drives product development.
What do we hope to accomplish?
We are standardizing our ideas processes within a new platform that aligns PureCloud, PureConnect, and PureEngage. This new platform allows us to emphasize communication and provides stronger integration to our internal systems, through which we can empower our Product Management teams to interact with you in a more consistent and decisive manner.
How to access the Lab?
The Product Ideas Lab is located within the Genesys Knowledge Network. For additional details, please reference the attached document. Note: You will need My Support access in order to participate in the PureCloud Ideas Lab. If you do not have access, you can request access by visiting https://genesyspartner.force.com/customercare/RequestAccount.
