    Hello Genesys Pure Connect Community!

    First time poster, relatively new Pure Connect support person here.

    What is the best ICBM report / parameters to use for generating a summary of all incoming calls for multiple DIDs over the last 24 months and grouped by month? Is this possible or would it require customization?

    Using Pure Connect 2018 R2 Patch 4.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Drue,

    Your request seems pretty specific and I don't think the canned reports will do this for you. You might be able to do this via the report assistant but it may be easier to build a completely custom report so everything is formatted the way you want. I may not be the best qualified to answer your question though as I normally build a custom report querying the database directly and don't often use the built in reports.
