Hi everybody. I am embedding the content of the webchat in an iframe of my CRM , using for these purposes the API https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory/#/interaction/{chatId} . It works fine, BUT I have a problem with the Purecloud scripter : (1) As my webchat interaction is programmed to start a pop-up window (my CRM window) , the agent answers the webchat call -- so far so good (2) But as the webchat is embebbed in that CRM window pulling from "https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory/#/interaction/{chatId}" , the Scripter starts AGAIN another pop-up window. (3) I need to avoid this recurrence.
Question : ¿How do I avoid such second action in my embbed chat? I tried to add a parameter to the API "https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory/#/interaction/{chatId}&ignore" .... unsuccesfully.
