Greetings everyone,
We are using the 3rd party email functionality of PureCloud. Our CRM fetches emails from a given mailbox and posts them to PureCloud.
Imagine that the mailbox gets some spam that our CRM does not filter and ends up sending it to PureCloud.
Is there a way to manually and massively mark emails as done in PureCloud webclient?
