I have an question where I would only like to show the Chat Widget on a page if there is an Agent logged in. I was thinking of using the EWT stat which is documented to be available but I am unsure of what the values would be if there were no agents logged in.
The sites I currently have access to, seem to not have the ability to access the EWT stat, so I cannot test. I was hoping someone that is using the EWT stat could advise me of what they see.
I know in the designer Applications statistics blocks, that if you are looking up EWT there for a voice call, if no agents are logged in it will give a huge number (167 minutes i think), but i am not sure if this is the same with the widget EWT.
Does anyone have any ideas?
