I found that the <CICNAME>_TrustedCertificate.cer located in the Certificates\Client\Local_Subsystems was a Root Cert and there for had no private key. Further investigation found that the <CICName>_ICCertificateAuthorityCertifiate.cer had the same serial and thumb print, and that had the private key.

I am trying to found where i can get the private key to the CICServerName_trustedcertificate.cer located in the Local Subsystem folder. We need the private key to use to decrypt traffic between our Web server and CIC server to assist us in troubleshooting a Chat issue.
