    Hi,

    Was curious if anyone has setup agents to use SIP Softphones and hot desks and how that was accomplished?

    We did this by adding all softphone options to an agent group. 

    Then the DN is not <g class="gr_ gr_50 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="50" data-gr-id="50">hard coded</g> in the config file. 

    Just start the softphone, then log in the agent desktop.
