  • 1.  Pass on the same script for Transfers/Consultations

    Hey Communiteers,

    While agents transfer/consult the call, the supervisor gets the interaction screen blank. Is there anyway we can open the same script which the agent is viewing?

    #Routing(ACD/IVR)
    #Telephony
    #Unsure/Other
