Is there a Custom Attribute to send an OffHold message, like there is for OnHold? I have tried CUSTOM::TEXT:OffHold Message but it does not seem to work.

When you toggle Hold on a chat, it's just changing the status from HELD to CONNECTED and the text that gets sent is the "ACD Agent Connected" text. So there's not a way to customize the text that is sent when the interaction is taken off hold, without also customizing the text that is sent when an agent initially does a Pickup.
